Story of Yellow House Honey

Since 2015, Yellow House Honey has been sweetening the palates of people who live in the village of Richmond, ON. 

What started out as a curiosity of bees has turned into a hobby that I absolutely love!

My venture into beekeeping started with a birthday present. My children turned my honey bee interest into a passion by surprising me with a beekeeping kit. It was an un-bee-lievable gift :) Over the last several years I have discovered that the bees know exactly what they are doing and it’s my job as a beekeeper to work with their natural tendencies to help them and Yellow House Honey make some beautiful honey.

Over time this hobby has grown into producing unpasturized honey, beeswax candles and other hive products. Follow our beekeeping adventures on Instagram!

Yellow House Honey makes everything in small batches from our home base in Richmond. The honey is unpasteurized and 100% pure.
