White honey has a pleasing, mild, delicate sweetness. Most of our spring honey is white. Our spring honey comes from the nectar collected from the spring flowering trees and plants such as maple, willow, fruit, dandelions. and all the spring wildflowers.

Golden Honey has a rich, floral, classic flavour. Most of our summer honey is golden. Our summer honey comes from the nectar collected from the summer flowering trees and plants such as basswood, mountain ash, locust and all the summer wildflowers.
